From 24 March 2005 MDGN may only be used and placed on the market in rinse-off products. Leave-on products containing MDGN may not be supplied to end-users after 24 September 2005. Schülke & Mayr invest in an extensive use-study in order to improve the data situation on the safety evaluation of MDGN in leave-on products.
